Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Machine Operator to join our team in Dubai’s Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining laundry machines, ensuring all linens, uniforms, and other textile items are cleaned to the highest standards. This role is crucial in maintaining a professional appearance and hygiene standards within our organization, which directly impacts our service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor various laundry machines, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines, ensuring they function efficiently and effectively.
- Load and unload machines with appropriate items, following established procedures for sorting and categorizing fabrics.
- Inspect linens and garments for stains or damage and apply appropriate stain removal techniques as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laundry equipment, reporting any malfunctions or repairs needed to management.
- Keep accurate records of laundry operations, including machine usage, items processed, and any issues encountered.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, particularly those concerning health and safety, to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet laundry demands and deadlines.
- Train new staff on laundry equipment operation and safety protocols as required.
- Assist in inventory management of laundry supplies and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laundry operation or similar role.
- Familiarity with various laundry machines and their operation.
- Knowledge of fabric care and appropriate cleaning methods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.

- Proficient in machine operation and basic maintenance.
