We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leasing Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Leasing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process for our consumer goods outlets in various locations across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for our properties
- Negotiate leasing terms and agreements with potential tenants
- Manage lease renewals and lease terminations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new leasing opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies to attract new tenants
- Coordinate with legal team to ensure all leasing agreements comply with local laws and regulations
- Oversee lease administration and ensure accurate and timely lease documentation
- Monitor and analyze leasing performance and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing operations within the consumer goods industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai real estate market and leasing laws
- Proven track record of successfully closing leasing deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing software
