We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leasing Operations Program Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of leasing operations for our telecommunications company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Oversee the leasing process, including advertising, tenant screening, lease negotiations, and renewals
- Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Coordinate with property management team to address tenant needs and issues
- Analyze market trends and competition to make informed leasing decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with leasing agents, brokers, and prospective tenants
- Prepare regular reports on leasing performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing operations within the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of leasing laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
