We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Legal Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the legal operations within our retail company, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
2. Manage contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and clients.
3. Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues impacting the retail industry.
4. Coordinate with external legal counsel on complex legal matters.
5. Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on strategic decisions.
6. Monitor and report on legal risks and issues affecting the company.
7. Oversee the legal budget and ensure cost-effective legal operations.
8. Manage a team of legal professionals and support staff.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal operations, preferably in the retail industry.
3. Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Leadership and team management skills.
7. Proven track record of successful legal operations management.
