Location: Dubai, UAE

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Librarian Technician in the Real Estate industry. As a Librarian Technician, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the company's vast collection of real estate literature, documents, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cataloging and classifying real estate books, magazines, brochures, reports, and other materials
- Maintaining the library database and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Assisting real estate agents and staff in locating relevant resources
- Providing research support and reference services to employees
- Handling interlibrary loans and document delivery services
- Shelving and organizing materials in a systematic manner
- Assisting in the development of library policies and procedures
- Collaborating with vendors and publishers to acquire new materials
- Conducting regular inventory audits and reports
- Assisting in the planning and execution of library events and programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a library or information center
- Proficiency in library management systems and cataloging tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and literature is a plus
