We are seeking a Licensing Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Licensing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the licensing team in obtaining and maintaining licenses for educational programs and services. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the application process for new licenses and renewals
- Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with licensing requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all licensing documentation and correspondence
- Track deadlines for license renewals and ensure timely submission of required documents
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to licensing
- Support the licensing team in conducting research on regulatory changes and updates
- Provide administrative support to the licensing team as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of licensing procedures and regulations in the education sector is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
