We are seeking a passionate and experienced Life Skills Coach to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the retail sector. As a Life Skills Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to retail employees in developing essential life skills that will help them succeed both personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one coaching sessions with retail employees to assess their strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
- Creating personalized development plans to help employees improve communication, time management, stress management, and other essential life skills.
- Facilitating group workshops and training sessions on topics such as conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and goal setting.
- Collaborating with store managers and HR to identify training needs and implement strategies to support employee growth.
- Monitoring and evaluating progress through regular check-ins and feedback sessions.
- Providing resources and tools to help employees continue their personal development outside of coaching sessions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Certified life coach with a minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching or counseling.
- Experience working in the retail industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of best practices in coaching and adult learning principles.
