Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Lighting Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi's financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lighting design and technology, with a keen understanding of how lighting impacts the work environment, employee productivity, and overall aesthetics of financial institutions. The Lighting Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing lighting solutions that enhance our office spaces while adhering to budgetary constraints and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive lighting plans for various office environments, ensuring alignment with the organization's branding and functional requirements.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate existing lighting conditions and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to integrate lighting solutions into overall design projects.
- Select appropriate lighting fixtures and technologies, considering energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and aesthetic appeal.
- Prepare lighting specifications and documentation for project bids, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Manage lighting installation projects from conception to completion, coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to design specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in lighting design and energy-efficient solutions.
- Conduct post-implementation assessments to evaluate lighting effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use and maintenance of lighting systems.
- Collaborate with sustainability teams to implement eco-friendly lighting solutions and practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in lighting design, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in lighting design software (e.g., Dialux, AGi32) and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of lighting technologies, including LED, smart lighting systems, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with local building codes and standards related to lighting design.
