We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in agriculture and experience in assisting with litigation matters.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Maintain and organize case files and documentation
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel as needed
- Prepare correspondence and communicate with courts and other legal entities
- Manage deadlines and calendar appointments for litigation matters
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience as a Litigation Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of agriculture industry regulations and practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
