We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loan Officer Assistant in our Retail department in Abu Dhabi. The Loan Officer Assistant will work closely with the Loan Officer to provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan application process.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Loan Officer in processing and managing loan applications from start to finish
- Collect and review necessary documentation from customers to complete loan applications
- Communicate with customers to gather additional information and answer any questions they may have
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and closing of loans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan applications and customer interactions
- Assist in preparing loan packages for underwriting and approval
- Provide support to the Loan Officer in meeting sales targets and achieving department goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software
- Knowledge of banking regulations and lending practices
