We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operator to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels to prevent shortages
- Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize and fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Manage the storage and organization of pharmaceutical products in the warehouse
- Comply with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics processes and regulations
- Familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in logistics operations
