We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lumberyard Manager to oversee our operations in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing lumberyards and supply chain operations, as well as a thorough understanding of the unique requirements of the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the lumberyard operations, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize efficiency and productivity within the lumberyard
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of materials and supplies
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proven track record of successfully managing operations and achieving targets
- Knowledge of lumberyard operations and supply chain management
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
