We are seeking a dynamic and hardworking individual to join our team as a Lumberyard Worker Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks within our lumberyard, including but not limited to sorting and organizing lumber, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with sorting and organizing lumber according to size and type
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks
- Operate machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Provide support to the Lumberyard Workers as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a lumberyard or similar environment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of machinery and equipment used in a lumberyard
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience working in a lumberyard or similar environment
- Forklift certification
