We are seeking a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Machine Learning Engineer in the Consumer Goods industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to optimize business processes and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business challenges that can be solved using machine learning techniques
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to extract insights from large datasets
- Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and reliability for machine learning models
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- [X] years of experience in machine learning and data science
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
