We are seeking a skilled Machine Tool Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments for the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the proper set-up and operation of machine tools
- Set up and operate a variety of machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses to produce precision parts
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machine tools to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine tools as needed
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Tool Operator in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Knowledge of machine tool operation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
