Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Machining Tool Operator to join our dynamic team in the healthcare sector based in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machining tools to produce precision components required for medical devices and equipment. The successful candidate will ensure that all machining processes meet strict quality and safety standards while adhering to production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain CNC and manual machining tools, including lathes, mills, grinders, and other related equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining processes and requirements.
- Set up and calibrate machines to ensure proper operation and adherence to specifications.
- Monitor and adjust machining processes to maintain optimal production flow and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of machined components to ensure they meet precise dimensional and quality specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot machining issues and implement process improvements.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Keep accurate records of production output, machine maintenance, and quality control checkpoints.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and keep up to date with advancements in machining technology.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of experience as a Machining Tool Operator, preferably in the healthcare or medical device manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in operating CNC machinery and manual machining tools.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and the ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to quality and safety in all aspects of work.
