We are looking for a talented and experienced Magazine Editor to join our team in Sharjah. The Magazine Editor will be responsible for overseeing the content and production of our retail-focused magazine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement editorial strategies to ensure the magazine meets the needs and interests of our target audience
- Plan and assign articles, features, and interviews to freelance writers and in-house staff
- Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Collaborate with designers and photographers to create visually appealing layouts and graphics
- Manage the production schedule and ensure deadlines are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor publications
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop cross-promotional opportunities
- Attend industry events and networking functions to build relationships and gather content ideas
- Monitor and analyze readership data to make informed decisions about content and distribution channels

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field

- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems
