We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Magistrate to join our team in the field of Telecommunications in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal proceedings, excellent knowledge of telecommunications laws and regulations, and a proven track record of making fair and impartial decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting hearings and trials related to telecommunications disputes and violations
- Interpreting and applying telecommunications laws and regulations to individual cases
- Reviewing evidence, witness testimony, and legal arguments to make informed decisions
- Issuing rulings and judgments based on the facts of each case and the relevant laws
- Managing court proceedings and ensuring that all parties involved receive a fair and impartial hearing
- Collaborating with legal professionals, government agencies, and telecommunications companies to gather information and evidence for cases
- Maintaining accurate records of all court proceedings and decisions
- Keeping up to date with changes in telecommunications laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Admission to practice as a lawyer in Ras Al Khaimah
- [X] years of experience working as a Magistrate or in a similar legal role
- Excellent knowledge of telecommunications laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
