We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for ensuring the electrical systems and equipment in our retail facilities are operating efficiently and safely. This individual will be tasked with performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical issues, and making necessary repairs in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment, including lighting, HVAC systems, and power distribution
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make repairs as needed
- Install new electrical systems and equipment as required
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure the overall functionality of the facility

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a retail or commercial setting
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid electrician's license and certification
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
