We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Foreman Assistant to join our Information Technology department in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT maintenance and support, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Maintenance Foreman in overseeing the maintenance and repair of IT equipment and systems
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
- Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance staff
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the maintenance department
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in IT maintenance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- [X] years of experience in IT maintenance and support
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a maintenance setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
