We are currently seeking a dedicated and vigilant Mall Security Officer to join our team in Sharjah. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and tenants within the mall premises.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol the mall premises on foot or using security vehicles to ensure the safety and security of all individuals present.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, fire alarms, or criminal activities.
- Enforce mall rules and regulations to maintain order and discipline among visitors and tenants.
- Conduct regular inspections of entrances, exits, and parking areas to prevent theft and vandalism.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to report any criminal activities or incidents that require their intervention.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors with directions, information, or any other inquiries they may have.
- Complete detailed reports on security incidents, accidents, or any other relevant information as required.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role in a mall or commercial setting.
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures, including emergency response protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Security Guard License issued by the relevant authorities in Sharjah.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Prior experience in a transportation and logistics setting.
