We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee our construction manufacturing operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a proven track record of successfully leading manufacturing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality in production
- Manage and optimize production schedules to meet project deadlines and budgets
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Lead and mentor manufacturing staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the manufacturing facility
- Manage inventory levels and procurement of materials to support production needs
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing management in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and achieve operational excellence
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
