We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing operations within our telecommunications company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production of telecommunications equipment
- Manage and optimize the use of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to streamline operations and resolve any issues that may arise
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the manufacturing facility

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
