Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Manufacturing Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of manufacturing projects within the retail sector. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in manufacturing processes, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver manufacturing projects on time and within budget. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Process Improvement: Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.

- Collaboration: Work closely with product development, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes with overall business goals. Foster collaboration among various departments to drive project success.

- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure quality materials and services are procured at competitive prices.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses. Provide regular reports to senior management on project financials and performance against budget.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with manufacturing projects and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.

- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the manufacturing environment.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project teams, providing support and direction to ensure high performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations and foster professional development opportunities.

- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, providing updates on project status, challenges, and achievements. Ensure transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, with a focus on the retail industry.

- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).

- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions based on findings.

- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
