We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Research Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Pharmaceuticals industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research operations, data analysis, and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all market research operations activities, including designing research methodologies, data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Oversee the market research team and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and implement strategies to gather and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market research efforts with business goals
- Manage relationships with external research agencies and vendors
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in market research operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in market research operations within the Pharmaceuticals industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
