We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Marriage Counselor Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Marriage Counselor Assistant in the financial services industry, you will be responsible for providing support to our team of Marriage Counselors in helping couples navigate through financial challenges and improve their relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Marriage Counselors in conducting counseling sessions with couples to address financial issues and improve communication.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and preparing counseling materials.
- Conduct research on financial topics relevant to marriage counseling and assist in developing educational resources for clients.
- Collaborate with other members of the counseling team to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all counseling sessions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Prior experience in counseling or social work, preferably in a marriage counseling setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial services and the ability to understand and explain financial concepts to clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
