We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Marriage Counselor Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping couples strengthen their relationships and overcome challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marriage Counselor in conducting counseling sessions with couples
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients
- Help clients develop coping strategies and communication skills
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Assist in creating and implementing treatment plans
- Conduct research on marriage and relationship issues
- Coordinate appointments and follow-up with clients
- Stay updated on the latest trends and research in marriage counseling

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Previous experience in counseling or therapy (minimum 2 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and nonjudgmental attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Knowledge of marriage counseling techniques and theories
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (additional languages is a plus)
