Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Massage Therapist Assistant to join our innovative team in the Information Technology sector. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist licensed massage therapists in providing high-quality massage therapy services to employees, ensuring a relaxing and therapeutic experience.
- Prepare treatment areas by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, linens, and surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Support the development of personalized treatment plans based on individual employee needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, including employee feedback and any adjustments made to treatment plans.
- Educate employees about the benefits of massage therapy and encourage wellness practices within the workplace.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to organize and promote wellness programs, workshops, and events aimed at improving employee health and morale.
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques by attending relevant workshops and training sessions.
- Assist in inventory management of massage supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and in good condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in massage therapy or physical therapy is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a massage therapy or wellness setting.
- Strong understanding of various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating initiative and independence.
- Basic knowledge of ergonomic principles and their application in the workplace is a plus.
- Professionalism and respect for confidentiality in handling employee information.

- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
