We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Massage Therapy Assistant to join our team at our retail location in Dubai. The Massage Therapy Assistant will work closely with our licensed massage therapists to provide exceptional massage therapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed massage therapists in delivering high-quality massage therapy services to clients
- Prepare massage therapy rooms for appointments, ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Greet and check-in clients, answer any questions they may have, and ensure their overall satisfaction with their experience
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining client records
- Follow proper protocols for client confidentiality and privacy
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing payments
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment at all times

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or training in massage therapy is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Experience:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a related field
