We are seeking a passionate and experienced Massage Therapy Instructor to join our team in Dubai. As a Massage Therapy Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in the art of massage therapy. This position is based in an educational setting, where you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with aspiring massage therapists.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative lessons on massage therapy techniques, anatomy, physiology, and ethics.
- Create and implement lesson plans, assessments, and activities that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical training in various massage therapy modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and sports massage.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
- Provide feedback and guidance to students on their progress and skill development.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in massage therapy to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and up-to-date.

Requirements:
- Certified Massage Therapist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
- Previous experience teaching or training students in massage therapy is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of students and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
