Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Material Handler will be responsible for managing the flow of materials within the education sector, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available for various educational programs and activities.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and supplies within the education sector
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track the movement of materials using a computerized system
- Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity, and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers
- Prepare materials for distribution to various departments and locations as needed
- Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and other staff to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when handling hazardous materials or operating equipment
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the education sector
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and operate material handling equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to handling materials
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
