We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Planner to join our construction team in Dubai. The Material Planner will be responsible for coordinating and planning the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of materials for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement material procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed
- Work closely with project managers to forecast material requirements for upcoming projects
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and potential risks in material availability
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms for material purchases
- Maintain accurate records of material transactions and update inventory management systems
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of materials to construction sites
- Resolve any issues or delays in material delivery to minimize impact on project timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in material planning or procurement in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of construction materials and industry trends
