We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Materials Planning Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials planning and inventory management, with a focus on optimizing supply chain efficiency and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement materials planning strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels and on-time delivery of materials
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, and production schedules to identify potential shortages or excess inventory
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and minimize lead times
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement corrective actions to address any discrepancies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements
- Utilize ERP systems and other tools to track and report on key performance metrics related to materials planning and inventory management
- Lead a team of materials planners and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure departmental goals are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- [Number] years of experience in materials planning, inventory management, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
