Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Math Assistant to join our dynamic team in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will support various mathematical functions and analyses that are critical to our operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of mathematical models to optimize energy production and distribution.
- Support engineers and project managers in data analysis, statistical modeling, and computational simulations related to energy systems.
- Conduct quantitative research and analysis to assess energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, methodologies, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, develop algorithms, and enhance decision-making processes.
- Maintain accurate records of calculations, methodologies, and related documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting.
- Stay updated on advancements in mathematical techniques and energy technologies to contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance personal and professional growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in mathematical analysis or a related role, preferably in the energy sector.
- Proficient in mathematical software and programming languages (e.g., MATLAB, Python, R, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with energy systems, renewable energy technologies, and sustainability practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
