We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Coder Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist in accurately assigning codes to medical procedures and diagnoses in accordance with healthcare coding guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and accurately assigning ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II codes to medical procedures and diagnoses.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and ensure accurate coding.
- Ensure compliance with all coding guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding practices and guidelines.
- Assist in resolving coding-related denials and rejections.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field.
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification preferred.
- Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II coding systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical coding.
- Experience in a construction-related healthcare setting is a plus.
