We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of complex laboratory procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients in a retail medical setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory testing on patient samples, including blood, urine, and other bodily fluids
- Analyze test results and report findings to healthcare providers
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and functioning
- Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory tests and procedures
- Train and supervise laboratory technicians and other staff members
- Stay current on advances in laboratory technology and participate in continuing education opportunities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- Valid Medical Laboratory Scientist license in Dubai
- [Random number] years of experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
