We are currently seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician Assistant to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist the Medical Laboratory Technician in performing various laboratory tests and procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Medical Laboratory Technician in collecting, preparing, and analyzing specimens such as blood and urine.
- Perform routine laboratory tests under the supervision of the Medical Laboratory Technician.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Follow proper protocols for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
- Keep accurate records of test results and patient information.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Medical Laboratory Technician Assistant certification.
