We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Social Worker to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families facing medical challenges within the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing the psychosocial needs of patients and their families
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Providing counseling and emotional support to patients and families
- Collaborating with medical professionals to ensure holistic care
- Advocating for patients' rights and access to resources
- Facilitating communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Conducting home visits and coordinating community resources
- Providing education and support related to disease management and coping strategies
- Documenting patient interactions and progress in electronic medical records
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Social Worker in Dubai
- [Random number] years of experience in medical social work
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
