Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our manufacturing facility in Dubai. The Medical Laboratory Scientist will be responsible for conducting a wide range of laboratory tests and analysis to support the manufacturing process and ensure the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests on samples collected from the manufacturing process, including chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Interpret test results and prepare detailed reports for review by management.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.
- Adhere to strict quality control and safety protocols in the laboratory.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to laboratory testing.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in laboratory science and technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
- Valid Medical Laboratory Scientist license from the Dubai Health Authority.
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience working in a medical laboratory setting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
