We are currently seeking a Member Services Representative to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all members, patients, and visitors. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general information.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all members, patients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient information
- Register new members and update existing member information in the database
- Process payments and verify insurance coverage
- Assist with billing inquiries and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Arabic is a plus
This is a full-time position based in Dubai, UAE. The salary range for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
