Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Member Services Representative to join our dynamic team in Dubai's thriving construction sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing member satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for customer service and a keen interest in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Member Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for all member inquiries related to services, benefits, and resources available within the organization. Provide timely and accurate information to ensure member satisfaction.

- Support Services: Assist members with various requests, including account maintenance, service inquiries, and membership renewals. Ensure all requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.

- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with members through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings. Foster a positive relationship with members by actively listening to their needs and concerns.

- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions in the database. Ensure that all member documentation is up-to-date and organized.

- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from members regarding their experiences and suggestions for improvement. Analyze feedback and collaborate with the team to enhance service offerings.

- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing member events, training sessions, and workshops related to the construction industry. Help facilitate logistics and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to provide comprehensive service to members and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices within the construction sector to better assist members and provide valuable insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or member services, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred; additional languages are a plus.
