We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandise Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, preferably in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and maximize profit margins
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions on product assortment and pricing
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate terms and secure favorable pricing and payment terms
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and drive customer engagement
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for reordering or discontinuing products
- Train and develop merchandising team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the education sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software
