We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandise Planner to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The Merchandise Planner will be responsible for developing strategic merchandise plans that drive sales and maximize profitability for our properties.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute merchandise strategies that align with overall business objectives
- Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Create and manage merchandise assortment plans based on sales forecasts and inventory levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on merchandise and promotional strategies
- Monitor and track performance of merchandise plans, making adjustments as needed to achieve financial goals
- Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends and best practices
- Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms that optimize margins
- Train and mentor junior members of the merchandising team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- [X] years of experience in merchandising, retail planning, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is a plus
