We are seeking a talented and experienced Merchandising Program Manager to join our team in Dubai within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, project management, and marketing within the pharmaceutical or related industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility in the pharmaceutical sector
- Manage and execute merchandising programs, including product launches, promotions, and promotional displays
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure successful execution of merchandising initiatives
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for merchandising programs
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of merchandising programs
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support merchandising activities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in merchandising and apply insights to improve program effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- [X] years of experience in merchandising, marketing, or related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully executing merchandising programs and driving results
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
