We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Technician to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Metal Fabrication Technician will be responsible for creating, repairing, and installing metal structures for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in metal fabrication and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Create metal structures for gates, fences, staircases, and other property features
- Repair damaged metal structures on existing properties
- Install metal structures according to specifications and blueprints
- Maintain and repair metal fabrication equipment as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working with metal fabrication tools and materials

Requirements:
- [X] years of experience in metal fabrication
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
