Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and disciplined Military Officer to join our team in the Consumer Goods sector. Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team in various operational tasks, ensuring adherence to company policies and military protocols. Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.

- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with business goals. Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring resources are utilized effectively.

- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff on safety protocols, crisis management, and operational efficiency. Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

- Risk Management: Assess potential risks related to operational activities and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including logistics, supply chain, and management, to ensure seamless operations and communication. Collaborate with external stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory bodies, to uphold compliance and operational standards.

- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making processes.

- Crisis Response: Respond to emergencies and operational crises, utilizing military training to manage situations effectively. Ensure that all team members are prepared for unexpected events through drills and simulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant military experience, preferably in logistics, operations, or a leadership role.
- Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus, with an understanding of supply chain management and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
