We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mining Safety Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees working in the mining operations of our Aerospace and Defense company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of mining sites to identify potential hazards and risks
- Provide safety training and education to all employees on proper safety protocols and procedures
- Investigate and report on any accidents or incidents that occur in the mining operations
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and compliance
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new safety regulations to continuously improve safety standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- [X] years of experience working in mining safety
- Knowledge of local safety regulations and best practices in the aerospace and defense industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and lead safety initiatives
