Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Molecular Biologist to join our manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. As a Molecular Biologist, you will be responsible for conducting research and experiments to develop and optimize molecular biology techniques for the manufacturing of various products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute molecular biology experiments to support manufacturing processes
- Develop and optimize PCR, qPCR, cloning, sequencing, and other molecular biology techniques
- Analyze and interpret experimental data to drive process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in molecular biology techniques
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a molecular biology research or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques and principles
- Hands-on experience with PCR, qPCR, cloning, sequencing, and other molecular biology tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality control and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry
