We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Molecular Geneticist to join our construction team in Dubai. The Molecular Geneticist will be responsible for conducting genetic research and analysis to support our construction projects and ensure the safety and integrity of our structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct genetic research to identify potential genetic factors that may impact construction materials and structures.
- Analyze genetic data to assess the strength, durability, and stability of construction materials.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to incorporate genetic findings into construction designs and plans.
- Develop and implement genetic testing protocols to monitor the quality and performance of construction materials.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on genetic modifications or enhancements to improve construction processes and outcomes.
- Stay current on advancements in molecular genetics and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into construction practices.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Genetics, Molecular Biology, or a related field. Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in molecular genetics, with at least 2 years in a construction or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of genetic research methods and techniques.
- Experience with genetic testing and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
