We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Broker Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team of Mortgage Brokers in the Aerospace and Defense industry. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain valuable experience in the real estate and finance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Mortgage Brokers in preparing and submitting mortgage applications for clients in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information
- Maintain accurate records and files for each mortgage application, ensuring all paperwork is complete and compliant with regulations
- Coordinate with lenders to track the progress of mortgage applications and follow up on any outstanding issues
- Provide support in organizing and scheduling client meetings, appointments, and property viewings
- Assist with marketing and business development activities, including preparing marketing materials and updating social media profiles
- Conduct research on market trends, interest rates, and industry regulations to support decision-making and client recommendations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or mortgage industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Knowledge of mortgage products, lending processes, and industry regulations
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
